Created for Pasolivo by a local Paso Robles organic farmer and tastefully packaged in our artisan style jars, our exclusive Smokey Spice Blend (formally named Barbeque Spice Blend) is a piquant mix of paprika, garlic, onion, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, cumin, and fennel.
Wonderfully flavorful and perfect for a wide variety of dishes, we love this spice blend as a rub for grilled chicken or pork, and it’s delicious in homemade black bean chili. Try it sprinkled over French-fries, popcorn, or even on bacon.
